How do credits work?
One completed generation or AI image edit uses one credit. A credit is reserved while the request runs, then charged when the result is saved. Failed requests return the reserved credit. If the provider’s result is uncertain, we hold the credit while checking it instead of submitting another paid request.
What comes with the free plan?
New accounts receive 5 one-time credits. You can create images, use reference images, work in the editor, and save projects. No credit card is required.
Do my existing images and subscription still work?
Yes. Your account, image library, subscription, and existing usage stay attached to the same account. Sign in with your existing email and password.
Can I edit the words inside a generated image?
AI-generated lettering is part of the image. You can ask AI to change it, or add separate editable text in the canvas editor.
What happens if I close the tab during generation?
The generation continues on the server. Return to your workspace to see the saved result. Save your canvas project before closing the editor to keep all of its layers.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Plan & billing in your workspace, then Manage subscription. Stripe handles your payment details, invoices, and cancellation. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled; unused credits do not roll over.
What can reference images do?
Reference images guide the model toward a subject or visual direction. Consistency and likeness are not guaranteed. Only upload images you have permission to use.
